Pop/R&B artist Alyx Rush is making waves from the midwest. Growing up in rural Iowa surrounded by music in the church, Alyx began producing and writing at the young age of 16. In 2012 he wrote his debut single “Minutes” which he then later on recorded at a division of Atlantic Records in Manhattan, New York. Since then, his unique sound has carried him to many amazing places including The B.B. King Blues Club in New York (2017) The Springboard Music Festival in Houston, Texas (2018)  and writing for Atlanta based R&B artist Dondria Nicole. Constantly influenced by some of his favorite artists: SZA, Frank Ocean, 6lack, and Labrinth to name a few, Alyx has perfected a buttery smooth vibration that it completely his own.
